Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, the item should not already be fulfilled or else it is not possible to do so.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace the item. We will require require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. MyAvocadoPillow.com is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at Myavocadopillow@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
